I've wanted to do these for years and finally did them last weekend. I am proud to announce their release!!!

"Eternal Breath" is a musical guided pranayama practice and lasts for approximately 30 minutes.

"Eternal Relaxation" is a musical guided relaxation like you might get in one of my classes.

Now you can enjoy them anytime you want.

I'm really proud of these. The gentleman that did the music and editing was awesome. Thank you Derek!
