Your not at all overbearing. I'm completely open to suggestion so don't hold back. I recognize the importance of posture and I know your advice is right on the money so I'll take it! lol

no prob, bob:) can you tell i'm really fixed on alignment? lol. well, i don't mean to be overbearing or anything - it's just very important to get the full benefit of a pose and to avoid injuries. you are already doing so well, too. i had to work on my alignment, too, for sure.............in ALL poses. lol.

I enjoy this pose very much. It just feels really good. Thanks for the tips on these poses. I will continue to practice in an effort to improve my posture. Thanks for all your support!

wow! this one was not one of my first poses, i have to say. lol. you're doing so well! *claps*
as with boat pose, on this one, remember to try to keep the back straight. ((it actually took me a while to get my back straight)). but you are doing so great! how does this pose feel to you? it was a little more difficult for me in the beginning, taking some conditioning before i could complete it.
