Hi Annamere, I just saw your comment on my hip pain discussion from Aug.1st! Sorry so long in getting back to you... it also seems that the more stretching and breathing that I do with the yoga, the more dramatic healing results I have. Like all the black bruises from the surgery clearing up and my scar already fading, which I think are due to increased circulation, oxygenation, etc. Wow, 3 years medicine free, that is wonderful for you. You have pain in your hips?
