Welcome. If there is anyway I could help you, please let me know!! Yoga really is the answer if you're willing to give it the time. I know, I've let it slip away for awhile now.....not internally, just the physical aspect.
I'm not sure what style of yoga I prefer. I'm still learning and trying different styles. My body is not strong or flexible and my mind is not calm. I have a hard time focusing and I am very critical of myself when I can't "get it right." I think yoga is the perfect therapy for me!
