Finally Found It!

i've always gotten the question, "how did you begin practicing yoga?" i've always forgotten the name of the video i used or the woman that was in it. (i really liked her, though). well, i was just sitting here messing around and decided to google the name of the video. Hi Aura, miss your postings. I went to a 3 day workshop in Houston last week. Learned to chant 8 of the sutras, that was hard, but fun. Learned alot of history about how yoga came the the U.S.

But I guess it's probably not how many you can do so much as how the poses make you feel. The more experience and practice, it only makes sense, would require increasing variety. I so love the stretching, too. It's all I can do when my lower back hurts like it does sometimes; nothing relieves the pain better.

It's really nice; I find I crave yoga at least twice a day or I get stiff in places and I get to feeling funky. It might be a combination of the yoga and the breathing practice. It's totally floatin' my boat. Boat pose is one of my fav's. lol

The eternal gymnast in me wants to do them and I probably could do more, I just don't challenge myself enough because I'm happy without it. I know I'm going to really enjoy sharing with you all. My hubby is too macho also, he is just happy that I'm happy, so its all good.
