My 2nd class was today. I could definitely stretch farther, and it all felt a little easier, but I'm really feeling it now in my hip! Perhaps I overdid the rotation just a bit, huh?! But the energy level is good, and I know I feel better than I would if I hadn't gone :-) Stuck to my lower calorie and healthier diet today too, had a green smoothie for supper (broccoli, salad greens, orange, apple, a bit of vanilla soymilk and cherry juice with ice). I practiced sitting yoga style when I drove today.
