i've always gotten the question, "how did you begin practicing yoga?" i've always forgotten the name of the video i used or the woman that was in it. (i really liked her, though). well, i was just sitting here messing around and decided to google the name of the video. ((thank the gods for google, yeah?)) anyhoo, i thought i'd post this real quick to share. this is the video i started out with over 10 years ago! i finally found it. lol. i still do this same routine, to this day, only i've added more to it over the years. so, yeah, check it out. it's a good one and really gets the balance and strength of the lower body going!
